Job Title: Project Sales Manager – Tile Manufacturing

Job Summary

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business through architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, government projects, and institutional clients. The role involves managing project inquiries, product approvals, order closures, and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand project sales for tiles across assigned territories.
- Identify and secure opportunities with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
- Generate inquiries and convert them into orders through regular site visits and meetings.
- Coordinate product presentations, samples, and technical support for project approvals.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams for order execution.




- Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Valuable experience in project sales, preferably in the tiles, building materials, ceramics, sanitaryware, or related industry.
- Proven experience in handling architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Excellent negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate new business and close high-value project orders.
- Strong knowledge of project sales cycles and construction industry practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
