Position : Automation Technical Incharge
Industry : FMCG/ Dairy or any Manufacturing Industry
Experience : 3 - 5+ years
Qualification : BE / Diploma in Electrical Enginering
Roles And Responsibilities :
Lead the implementation of PM schedules to ensure 24/7, high-speed production line reliability.
apidly diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults in automated equipment (PLCs, sensors, drives) to reduce downtime.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of control systems, including PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Ensure all automation systems comply with OSHA/local health & safety standards, specifically managing LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) for high-speed machinery.
Ensure proper backups and version control for all PLC and HMI programs.
Collaborate with technology vendors for spare parts procurement and advanced technical support.
Expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and Variable Frequency Drives.
