Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the store's operations, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
- Supervising and guiding staff to maximize performance.
- Ensuring the store complies with all legal health and safety guidelines.
- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display.
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Report to senior management on progress and issues.
- Monitoring stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget.
Must have:
- 2+ year's experience in retail management, preferably overseeing stores.
- Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
- Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams effectively.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proficiency in more than one language can be a plus, depending on the customer base.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
