Job Title: FPC(Fish Processing Centre) Coordinator
Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive FPC Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fish Processing Centre. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating fish processing activities, managing inventory, supervising employees, handling attendance and wage payments, and assisting with product deliveries when required.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory Management
* Coordinate daily operations of the Fish Processing Centre.
* Monitor fish receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and dispatch activities.
* Maintain stock and inventory records accurately.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Employee Management
* Supervise and coordinate FPC employees and daily work schedules.
* Monitor employee attendance and productivity.
* Maintain attendance records and work allocations.
* Handle employee wage/salary calculations and payment coordination.
* Address workplace issues and ensure smooth team operations.
Delivery & Logistics
* Coordinate product dispatch and delivery schedules.
* Assist with bulk product deliveries when required.
* Drive company vehicles for operational and delivery purposes.
* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and delivery personnel.
Requirements
* Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.
* Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
* Ability to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and record maintenance).
* Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or team supervision is an advantage.
Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
