We are Seeking a proactive & detail-oriented Process Development Executive in our Operation department to design, implement, & optimize business processes for maximum efficiency & performance.
- Process Optimization: Review existing workflows and manufacturing steps to find bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve output quality.
- Standard Procedures: Write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and technical documentation.
- Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate with research, quality control, and showroom teams to solve technical hurdles.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure all work follows safety regulations, environmental rules, and company quality targets.
