Job Purpose

To perform high-quality vehicle painting and refinishing work by preparing surfaces, matching paint colors and applying paint in accordance with Mahindra's quality standards, ensuring an excellent finish and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles and identify painting and refinishing requirements.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking and priming before painting.
- Mix and match paint colours according to manufacturer specifications.
- Apply primer, base coat and clear coat using approved painting techniques and equipment.
- Perform touch-up and refinishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Ensure painted surfaces are free from defects such as runs, dust particles, or colour mismatches.




- Coordinate with the Denter to ensure body repairs are completed before painting.
- Operate and maintain spray guns, paint booths and other painting equipment safely.
- Follow Mahindra's painting procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth, tools and work area.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of paints and hazardous materials.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunction or additional vehicle damage to the supervisor.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
