Sales Consultant / Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant for our four-wheeler automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up on leads from showroom visits, calls, digital platforms, and references.
- Convert enquiries into vehicle bookings and sales.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Ensure timely completion of customer documentation.
- Promote accessories, extended warranty, and additional dealership services.
- Maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI goals.
- Keep updated with competitor products and market trends.
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams for smooth vehicle handover.

Qualification

- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer handling preferred
