Job Description:

- Conduct content research on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Identify trending topics, content formats, hooks, hashtags, and engagement patterns
- Perform competitor analysis to study competitors’ content strategy, posting frequency, engagement, and creatives
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Support social media management including post scheduling, captions, reels, stories, and carousels
- Assist in content creation for blogs, captions, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization
- Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of social media and paid campaigns




- Maintain performance data and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools
- Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Robust interest in social media trends and content research
- Experience or knowledge of competitor analysis
- Good analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand engagement metrics and content performance
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google tools
- Familiarity with Canva, analytics tools, or SEO tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
