CSZR Digital is looking for a creative and performance-focused video editor to join our team full-time.

You will turn raw footage, talking-head videos, testimonials, and UGC-style content into engaging video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

- Create strong hooks that capture attention immediately
- Add captions, music, sound effects, text, transitions, and visual elements
- Edit videos with effective pacing and storytelling
- Create multiple ad variations for testing
- Format videos for 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 placements
- Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Manage multiple client projects and deliver work on time
- Make revisions based on feedback and ad performance

Requirements

- Experience editing social media ads or direct-response videos
- Good understanding of hooks, viewer retention, and advertising psychology
- Ability to create engaging videos without making them feel over-edited




- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
