We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fitter Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, fitting, welding, assembly, and repair of metal components as per engineering drawings while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fabrication, fitting, and welding of metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Carry out Arc Welding (SMAW) and MIG Welding (GMAW) operations.
- Prepare, align, fit, and assemble fabricated parts before welding.
- Select appropriate electrodes, welding wires, and consumables based on material specifications.
- Perform welding in different positions as required.
- Inspect weld joints and ensure proper welding quality.
- Use measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers, Measuring Tape, and Gauges.
- Grind, finish, and clean welded components.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of Arc Welding (SMAW).
- Knowledge of MIG Welding (GMAW).
- Knowledge of welding joints such as Butt Joint, Lap Joint, T-Joint, and Corner Joint.
- Understanding of welding current, voltage, and welding positions.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication and fitting work.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and workshop safety.

Qualification

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or ITI.

Preferred ITI Trades

- Welder
- Fitter
- Fabricator
- Sheet Metal Worker
- Turner (Preferred)
- Machinist (Preferred)

Experience

- Fresher to Experienced candidates can apply.

Location

As per company requirement.

Salary

Negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
