The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, organized, and pleasant environment throughout the aesthetic beauty parlour. This role ensures that all treatment rooms, salon stations, reception, waiting areas, washrooms, and common areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for clients, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, facial rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, hair styling areas, and equipment after each client.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, waiting lounge, consultation rooms, washrooms, pantry, and staff areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, mirrors, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces.
- Replace used towels, linens, robes, and other salon supplies with clean items.
- Ensure washrooms are clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Refill consumables such as hand wash, tissues, sanitizers, paper towels, and drinking water.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to hygiene and salon safety standards.
- Assist in laundry activities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing towels, sheets, and uniforms.
- Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Inform management of any maintenance issues, damaged equipment,



or safety concerns.
- Support salon staff by preparing treatment rooms before appointments and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
- Follow all hygiene, infection prevention, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a neat appearance, professional behavior, and courteous interaction with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a beauty salon, spa, aesthetic clinic, hotel, or healthcare facility is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cleaning methods, equipment, and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
