- System Maintenance and Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
- Manufacturing Software Support:
- Provide technical support for manufacturing-specific software used in the production process, such as quality control systems, inventory management software, and production scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues and implement updates or customizations as necessary.
- Train employees on the use of manufacturing software to ensure efficient operations.
- Hardware Support:
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware components used in the manufacturing environment, including industrial computers, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and machinery interfaces.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors for maintenance and repair services as needed.
- Data Security and Backup:
- Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information and intellectual property.
- Establish backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical manufacturing data.
- User Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and prioritize support requests based on urgency and impact on production operations.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and productivity among manufacturing staff.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency within the manufacturing setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.




- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative IT solutions.

7. Key Role is to manage IT Security of Company, Managing Network/Desktop/ Laptop/Server/Backup Storage.

· Managing Firewalls FortiGATE Managing Antivirus Server Managing Mail Archiving Server

· Managing Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Laptop Encryption, Software Firewall for roaming users, Antivirus.

· Managing Active Directory to enforce desktop security like USB blocking, restriction on new software installation, restricting access to C Drive, Control Panel, Wallpaper.

· Providing technical support to users

· Implementation of Secured Mailing Solution by integrating GControl authentication mechanism (MAC Binding, IP Address Binding, Time Binding, Region Binding Policies) with Google Mail for work.

· Solution of Point to Point connectivity for Live streaming individual location camera to central location

· Deciding Storage device calculating video recording area /time /quality Managing FTP Server, Websites, DNS.

· Managing Escalated Critical calls of IT Infrastructure - Network Devices, Server, Desktop & Laptop

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with a focus on manufacturing-specific systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems and PLC programming is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
