Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits.
- Perform site surveys and assess HVAC, electrical, lighting, and utility systems.
- Analyze energy consumption data, utility bills, and BMS/EMS trends.
- Identify and recommend Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
- Evaluate HVAC equipment, chiller plants, and electrical systems for energy optimization.
- Perform Measurement & Verification (M&V;) and benchmarking studies.
- Use energy audit instruments such as power analyzers, flow meters, thermal cameras, and data loggers.
- Prepare technical audit reports, savings calculations, and client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering; CEM/BEE Energy Auditor certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or healthcare energy audits with willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
