Position: Service Engineer – Aftersales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for material handling equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before equipment dispatch.
- Train customers/operators on equipment operation and safety.
- Manage spare parts inventory, dispatch, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Handle warranty extensions and mandatory machine services.
- Maintain service reports, MIS, and warehouse inventory.
- Support the growth of OEM after-sales service and spare parts business.
- Travel to customer sites for service and technical support.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in after-sales service or field service.
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
