Compensation: Up to ₹15 Lakh per annum (CTC), based on experience, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.

About the Role:

This is a leadership role for an experienced MEP professional with strong design and engineering expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing engineering solutions, guiding designers through the design process, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring every project complies with applicable codes, industry standards and best engineering practices.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys building engineering systems, mentoring people, solving complex technical challenges and working closely with architects, interior designers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of MEP design solutions and provide technical direction throughout the design process.
- Guide designers in system layouts, equipment selection, service coordination and engineering decisions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV engineering functions.




- Review client requirements and develop appropriate MEP design strategies.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, calculations, equipment selections and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, NFPA, local authority requirements and relevant engineering standards.
- Resolve technical issues during design and execution through periodic site visits.
- Develop engineering standards, design templates, QA/QC procedures and documentation systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers.
- Attend client meetings, technical presentations and design coordination meetings.
- Support estimation, tendering and project planning.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Ability to independently review and validate engineering designs, calculations and technical solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian codes, NBC, IS Standards, NFPA and MEP engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of load calculations, equipment sizing, service coordination and multidisciplinary design.
- Experience using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience leading multidisciplinary MEP teams.
- Experience in office fit-outs, IT parks, hospitality or institutional projects.
- Exposure to IGBC, LEED or other green building standards.
- Experience developing engineering standards, design workflows and QA/QC systems.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
