We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, ensure seamless campaign execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with influencer, creative, content, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates, and address queries.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.




- Maintain accurate documentation of projects, timelines, and communications.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Advertising Agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an advertising, media, or influencer marketing agency is preferred.
- Familiarity with campaign reporting and client presentations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
