We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & Performance Max).
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
- Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and improve ROAS.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.




- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
