Job Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results driven IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our energetic team at a leading US based recruitment and staffing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying new client opportunities, building strong vendor and client relationships and ensuring successful placements across diverse IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client. - Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants,



identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Graduation from any stream.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.

Other Information
* Shift timing – 7 PM to 4 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
* Working Days – 5 (Monday to Friday).Work from office.
* Indian and US holidays.
* 50K Incentive per Closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
