Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can guide prospective students in choosing the right career and educational programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and educational programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and career outcomes.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and workshops.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English,



Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Final Year Students Can Apply.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, customer service, telecalling, education, or admissions is preferred.
