We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating sales orders, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory, along with the flexibility to work from the office on administrative and operational tasks when field visits are not scheduled. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and build rapport
- Visit clients across the Northeast region to promote products/services and secure sales orders
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Support marketing efforts by promoting company products, running local campaigns, and gathering market feedback
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Share dispatch details with customers as and when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and payment status
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- When not traveling for fieldwork, work from the office to support administrative tasks, reporting,
and other operational needs as required by the company
Work Timings & Availability:
- Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- May be required to extend working hours up to 3 times a week based on business/work demands
- Outside office hours (up to 10:00 PM), only required to be reachable to receive and address incoming customer queries/calls - no outbound calling required during this time

Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior sales/business development experience
- Must know how to ride/drive a two-wheeler; owning one is preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driving license required
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Northeast region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in the office
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping/reporting tools
