Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

- Plan and execute effective and efficient product qualifications, ensuring that market, customer and automotive quality requirements are fulfilled.
- Partner closely with development teams, manufacturing sites and quality organizations worldwide on all product quality management topics.
- Represent Quality Management within the assigned product segments and participate in product quality discussions with automotive customers.
- Coordinate quality-related customer inquiries and qualification documentation in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing.
- Drive continuous improvement activities that strengthen product robustness and support our zero-defect ambition.
- Take a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem solving and provide clear management communication for escalated quality topics.
- Participate in and, where required, lead international focus teams, task forces, crisis teams and risk assessments involving colleagues in Europe, Asia and the United States.




- Safeguard delivery quality and make risk-based decisions on product and production deviations affecting products in volume production.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- You hold a master's degree in a relevant technical or scientific field. Relevant disciplines include electrical engineering, microelectronics, microsystems technology, physics and chemistry.
- More than five years of quality management experience in complex projects, ideally gained in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of semiconductor front-end or back-end manufacturing and a solid understanding of wafer and packaging technologies.
- A strong automotive quality mindset and a clear commitment to zero-defect principles.
- Sound knowledge of automotive quality requirements, quality management systems, processes and methods.
- Practical experience with quality and problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 8D, 5 Why and APQP, including the leadership of cross-functional 8D teams.
- Experience in the qualification of automotive microcontrollers according to relevant automotive standards, such as AEC-Q100 and Q006.
- Experience with automotive change management according to JEDEC and ZVEI guidelines.




- Proven ability to communicate complex quality topics in a structured and strategic way to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong leadership skills and experience guiding international project or expert teams without relying on direct authority.
- Fluent English communication skills; Japanese and Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Intercultural competence and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and customers.
