*Job Summary*

ModiGold Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Purchase Executive** to manage raw material procurement, inventory control, vendor development, and dispatch planning. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the manufacturing industry, excellent follow-up skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Procure raw materials as per production requirements.

* Manage stock inventory and ensure optimum inventory levels.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.

* Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

* Prepare and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

* Track purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.

* Prepare purchase reports, inventory reports, and MIS using Advanced Excel.

* Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors to avoid supply delays.

* Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

*Requirements*





* *Experience:** Minimum *3 years* in a Purchase Executive role within the *Manufacturing Industry*.

* Strong knowledge of raw material purchasing, inventory management, and vendor development.

* Proficiency in *Advanced Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).

* Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

*Salary*

*₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month*
