KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Identify and approach companies with active hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified leads through Linkedin, Apollo.io, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings
- with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, COs, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate vendor empanelment.
