Experience - 3-6 years (Inbound/outbound)
Location: Mumbai (Jogeshwari West)
Salary: Base Salary (up to 30K)+ Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Accepting ownership for effectively solving enquiries, Patient issues, and complaints
- Follow communication scripts when handling patient calls
- Follow up on calls when leads are generated
