- Responsible for getting business through different channels (Elance, Guru, Odesk, Email Marketing, Etc.) for IT Services.

- Understanding the project requirement-Project Analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of preparing the business proposal, RFQ, RFI
- Explaining work scope of the project.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Well versed with Presentations and Write up functions
- Self-Motivated and Diligent in executions
- Capable of formulating, delegating and implementing marketing strategies
- Aspiring attitude towards organization
- Exp with bidding sites like Elance Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
- Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
- Must understand the SEO / web services like website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients.
- Must have valuable Marketing skills, Expert in Social Media, Work individually & within team.
