Job Responsibility

- Should be Work Target oriented.
- Need to be active in social media platforms actively promoting organization
- Lead generation.
- Counseling, follow-up & conversion of walk-in enquiries resulting in fresh billing.
- Converting telephonic, SMS, Toll Free & Internet enquiries into walk-in enquiries.
- Effort to upgrade of existing students.
- Handling walk- in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
- Responsible for academic & career counseling for Students and their Parents
- Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
- Explaining course details, Administrative work
- Any Graduate with min of 1- 3 years of prior experience as a Counselor, Tele caller, Front office
- Experienced with valuable communication skills and zeal to work are also preferred.




- Ability to counsel and advice students.
- Responsible for making Cold Calls
- Responsible for converting calls into business
- Taking care of Walk Ins

Years of experience required: 0-3 years of experience in counseling, Tele calling or Telesales

Location: Hyderabad

Skill sets required:

· Excellent communication skills

· Should be go- getter and proactive approach

· Candidate with Good Appearance

· Should be versed in Local language

· Preferred Experience in Student Counseling
