Compensation:

- Fixed CTC: ₹50,000 / Month (₹6.00 LPA)
- Variable Performance Incentive: Up to ₹50,000 / Month (Up to ₹6.00 LPA)
- Total Earnings Potential: Up to ₹1,00,000 / Month (Up to ₹12.00 LPA Total CTC)

BN Industries is a 30-year-old leading manufacturer of Industrial Chemicals, Metal Powders, and Deoxidisers with manufacturing plants in Daman & Pardi. We supply to major Paint, Steel, Foundry, Explosives, and Chemical industries across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Client Acquisition: Drive Pan-India field sales & onboard new clients in Paint Manufacturing, Ferro Alloys, Explosives, Refractories, and Chemicals.
- Technical Sales Pitching: Pitch Anti-Corrosion Pigments (to Paint Makers) and Recycled Aluminium Powder (to Industrial plants).
- Trials & Technical Approvals: Coordinate sample testing, lab/plant trials with R&D; and Procurement heads until trial clearance.




- Key Account & Commercials: Negotiate pricing, close supply orders, and maintain long-term repeat business.

Candidate Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Education: Any Graduate OR Any Post Graduate (B.Sc. Chem, B. Tech Chemical/Metallurgy, MBA, B. Com, or BBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B / Industrial field sales.
- Product Exposure (Preferred): Prior experience in selling Pigments/Chemicals to Paint companies OR Aluminium Powders/Metals to industrial manufacturing units.
- Travel: Must be willing to undertake 70%–80% Pan-India travel for customer & plant visits.
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Regional language skills like Gujarati/Marathi are a plus).
