Responsibilities:

- Coaching: Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced.
- Skill Development: Teach essential skating techniques, including balance, coordination, speed, and agility.
- Athlete Development: Foster athletes' physical, mental, and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship.
- Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision.
- Competitions: Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance.
- Team Building: Promote a positive and supportive team workplace among athletes.




- Communication: Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background.
- Strong knowledge of skating techniques, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes.
