JOB DESCRIPTION

- Preparation of project plan & project budget
- Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on manpower
- Plan resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
- Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
- To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
- To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals.
- To analyse the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
- Create accurate cost estimates, and manage budgetary limitations throughout the Project lifecycle
- Develop detailed construction timelines, schedule intermediate phases, and ensure talent and materials are properly allocated
- Evaluate progress, submit detailed status reports to stakeholders, and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to contractual and quality standards
