Role Overview

We are hiring experienced International Technical Support Specialists to provide technical assistance to global customers. If you have hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and service desk operations, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading MNC.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support through voice, chat, and email channels
- Troubleshoot desktop, operating system, hardware, software, and application-related issues
- Manage and resolve incident tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Perform user account management using Active Directory
- Support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and email-related issues
- Assist with VMware environments and basic virtualization support
- Ensure SLA compliance while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams

Eligibility





- Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Technical Support is mandatory*
- Graduate or Undergraduate (15 years of education is mandatory*)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, MS Outlook, and Office 365
- Working knowledge of VMware, networking concepts, and ITIL practices
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Willing to work in rotational (24/7) shifts
