Job Summary

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Team Leader / Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Campaign Management, and Lead Generation Strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling paid marketing campaigns, budget optimization, ROI improvement, and team leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for driving campaign performance,



ensuring quality lead generation, improving conversion rates, and managing high-performing paid campaigns for domestic and international clients.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and business growth
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) improvement
- Handle campaign budgeting, spending allocation, and cost optimization strategies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, audience behavior, and conversion insights
- Create lead generation and paid marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
- Perform campaign audits and suggest optimization recommendations
- Ensure proper conversion tracking, analytics setup, and reporting
- Handle end-to-end client communication, campaign reporting, and escalations
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to achieve targets and deadlines
- Coordinate with content, creative, and web teams for better campaign performance
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve campaign effectiveness
- Prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports and performance presentations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Team handling/leadership experience is mandatory
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Campaign Scaling & Optimization
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in ROI, CPL, ROAS, and conversion optimization
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Age limit: Up to 30 years
