Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting businesses, generating leads, and selling Tally software and related services. This is a target-driven role requiring robust communication, confidence, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Client Visits

- Visit shops, offices, SMEs, and business owners daily
- Pitch and demonstrate Tally software and its benefits
- Convert prospects into paying customers

2. Lead Generation

- Identify and approach potential clients in local market areas
- Generate daily leads through cold visits and references
- Build a pipeline of interested prospects

3. Product Selling

- Sell TallyPrime, TSS (Tally Software Services), and add-on solutions
- Explain pricing, offers, and business benefits clearly
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets

4. Follow-Ups & Closing

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Ensure maximum conversion from leads

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with internal team for installation and support




- Update CRM or lead tracking sheet regularly

Required Skills

- Strong communication and convincing ability
- Confidence in face-to-face client interaction
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

- Experience in software sales / Tally / accounting background
- Knowledge of local business market (Jamshedpur)
- Two-wheeler preferred

Salary & Incentives

- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Field Work Included)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
