About Learnosphere

Learnosphere is an EdTech startup transforming education through one-to-one online learning, AI-powered education, and personalized tutoring. We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.

- Freshers with strong editing and social media skills are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Learnosphere's social media accounts.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and Stories).
- Design creative posts, thumbnails, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor trends and create viral content ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns.

Requirements





- Experience managing social media accounts (preferred).
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, Filmora, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work from the office in Sitapura, Jaipur.

Preferred Skills

- Reels and Shorts editing.
- Graphic design using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Photography and mobile videography.
- Basic SEO knowledge for YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
