Key Responsibilities:

 Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as per service schedules.

 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective solutions.

 Respond to customer service calls and provide in office or remote technical assistance.

 Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

 Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for product feedback and improvements.

 Train customers on equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

 Support spare parts management and inventory control related to service operations.





Required Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics

 Experience: 1–5 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or technical support.

 Strong understanding of electrical, or electronic systems (depending on industry).

 Hands-on experience with tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software.

 Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
