Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / PGDCA / M.Sc. (CS) /M.E. / M. Tech.
- Understanding business requirements and translating it into technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform.
- Designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application builds including custom objects/fields, workflows, approval processes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and other Force.com features.
- Designing and building the web and mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex, and other available tools.
- Liaising directly with internal and external business users and providing 2nd/3rd line support on the Salesforce.com built applications throughout the life-cycle of a project.
- Technical experience and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with commercial staff, technical strategy, architecture staff, and third party developers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest plans, developments and changes in the Salesforce.com platform.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Overall 8-12 years of relevant work experience and adept at managing executive expectations, leading development teams, and maintaining scope according to defined requirements.

- B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / PGDCA / M.Sc. (CS) /M.E. / M. Tech.
- Certifications on ADM 201 and DEV 401 (or equivalent) are mandatory. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are desirable.
- Experience in agile delivery methodology in addition to standard software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on expertise to develop applications on Force.com platform using standard configurations as well as custom development.
- Strong Visualforce and Apex code knowledge.
- Experience in building Web Service-enabled applications (SOAP and REST) with a good understanding of Salesforce API.




- Experience with Eclipse, SFDC data migration tools, and other ETL tools.
- Solid programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, Ruby, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Certification in a modern, object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#.
- Experience in reviewing and documenting code.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Should be able to research and understand an undocumented setup and application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an experience of leading a large technical team of Salesforce developers.
