Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
- Analyze metrics and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Robust knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
