- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ad-hoc works as directed by the Dubai team.
- Check online portals daily for new tenders, RFQs, and client enquiries; download documents and flag opportunities to the Dubai team.
- Record all enquiries in the enquiry log and track each one from receipt through quotation to submission and outcome.
- Review client scopes of work and site information; obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor pricing to build accurate estimates.
- Revise and resubmit quotations based on feedback from the Dubai team and clients.
- Maintain the quotation log, standard pricing templates, and historical rates for future estimates.
