Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and confident Admission Counselors to help students with the admission process. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining courses, answering their queries, following up with interested candidates, and assisting them until their admission is completed.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Guide students regarding course options, eligibility, fees, and the admission process.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide excellent support to students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment.

Eligibility

- Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates (Bachelor's Degree) are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Experience in telescalling, sales, customer support, or admission counseling will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus).
- Confident and convincing personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
