Our growing organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building long-term value, and delivering measurable business results.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can effectively leverage data insights, market trends, and industry intelligence to develop and execute growth strategies. The role requires a strong ability to identify emerging opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them




- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and objectives
- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or a similar leadership role
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Project management and organisational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
