Hiring: Certified Workday Integration Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid (as per project requirement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, and Reporting to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Reporting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Build and support custom reports using Workday Advanced Reporting and BIRT.
- Develop custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, dashboards, and report data sources.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless business operations.
- Support Workday bi-annual releases by testing, validating, and updating integrations where necessary.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation,



integration specifications, and process documentation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations and Reporting.
- Mandatory: Workday Integration Certification.
- Robust experience with:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- XML, XSLT, JSON
- Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Workday Report Writer
- Calculated Fields
- Report Data Sources
- Composite Reports & Dashboards
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Certification in Workday Pro Integrations, Workday Studio, or Workday Reporting.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, or Workday Security.
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

Work Schedule

- Regular IST working hours.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with 2–3 hours of overlap with the US time zone on an as-needed basis.
