Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and execute electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.




- Attend client meetings and provide technical support when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical site execution.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential electrical projects.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, cable routing, panel installation, earthing, and lighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in MEP projects is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,119.27 per month
