We’re looking for a visual thinker—not just a designer.
Someone who can illustrate ideas from scratch, co-create with AI, and translate concepts into flawless, print-ready packaging and branding systems.

What You’ll Do

Concept & Creation

- Create original illustrations, visual motifs, and design languages for brands across food, lifestyle, luxury, and emerging categories
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, custom workflows) to generate original visual directions, textures, patterns, and inspiration—then refine them with human design intelligence
- Translate brand strategy into distinctive packaging and branding concepts

Packaging Design & Systems

- Design primary and secondary packaging (boxes, pouches, labels, jars, bottles, hampers)
- Build scalable packaging systems—not one-off designs
- Understand die-lines, material behavior, print constraints, and finishes

Execution Excellence

- Handle accurate sizing, keylines, bleeds, margins, and print-ready files
- Prepare artwork for offset, digital, and flexible packaging print processes
- Coordinate with printers and production teams when required

Brand Thinking

- Think beyond “looks good” and design for shelf impact, brand recall,



and consumer psychology
- Maintain consistency across brand assets while allowing creative evolution

Tools You Must Be Fluent In

- Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable)
- Adobe Photoshop
- AI design tools (Midjourney / Firefly / DALL·E or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of print production workflows

What You Bring

- 2–6 years of serious design experience (agency or brand side)
- Strong illustration skills—digital, vector, or hybrid
- Proven experience in packaging design and branding
- Comfort using AI as part of the creative process, not as a crutch
- High attention to detail—you catch errors others miss
- Ability to take feedback, evolve ideas, and still protect the core concept

Bonus Points If You

- Have worked on food, FMCG, luxury, or gifting brands
- Understand Indian + international packaging sensibilities
- Think in systems, not just visuals
- Are curious, restless, and slightly obsessed with design quality

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
