Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly.
- Clean bathrooms, replenish toiletries, towels, and other guest supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room areas.
- Check room appliances, lights, and amenities to ensure they are in working condition.
- Refill minibar items and room amenities, if applicable.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure corridors, service areas, and pantries are clean and organized.
- Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Respond politely to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.




- Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards

Requirements & Skills

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
