Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Executive to join our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer and booking information, maintaining travel records, and making outbound/inbound calls to clients for follow-ups, confirmations, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter customer details, bookings, and travel information accurately into the company system.
- Maintain and update client databases, invoices, and booking records.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Call customers to follow up on travel inquiries and bookings.
- Confirm hotel, flight, visa, and tour package details with clients.
- Handle basic customer queries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding bookings and documentation.
- Collect pending documents and payments through regular follow-up calls.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, inquiries, bookings, and data entries.
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.

Required Skills





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Basic knowledge of tours, travel packages, and destinations is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Customer Service, Telecalling, or the Travel Industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
