Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist users with operating systems, applications, and software-related problems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and track them until resolution.
- Maintain records of incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities.




- Support network connectivity, email configuration, and user account management.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
