About Us:

We are an Industrial Automation & Robotics company specializing in the design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and custom automation solutions for manufacturing industries. We are expanding our team and looking for talented Design Engineers who are passionate about machine design, innovation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design special purpose machines, jigs, fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Collaborate with project, electrical, and controls teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Perform design calculations and select appropriate mechanical components (motors, actuators, bearings, etc.).
- Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, and machine commissioning.
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and cost requirements.

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering Degree / Diploma (preferred).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in design of automation machines / SPM.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, weldments) and AutoCAD.




- Strong knowledge of machine elements, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BOMs and design documentation.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics is an added advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
