- Handle customer renewal calls.
- Retain existing customers through effective communication.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Achieve renewal and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
