Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive luxury and premium automatic vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Range Rover, Toyota Vellfire, Fortuner Automatic, etc., while ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of Directors, Management, VIP guests, and clients as per the assigned schedule.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding management travel plans, meetings, and business discussions.
- Plan the best travel routes using GPS while avoiding traffic delays to ensure punctuality.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, brakes, battery, lights, and cleanliness.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, sanitized, and maintained in showroom condition (interior and exterior).
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewal, PUC, registration, and other statutory vehicle documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, parking expenses, servicing, and vehicle logbooks.
- Follow all traffic rules and practice defensive driving to ensure zero accidents and traffic violations.
- Assist management with official errands, document deliveries, airport transfers, and other transportation requirements.
- Be available for extended working hours, weekends, or outstation travel whenever required.
- Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, accident, or maintenance issue to the reporting manager.




- Ensure proper parking, vehicle security, and protection of company assets at all times.
- Maintain a qualified appearance, courteous behaviour, and excellent etiquette while interacting with Directors, clients, and guests.
- Keep a valid LMV Driving Licence and ensure compliance with all legal driving requirements.

- 100% safe driving with no preventable accidents.
- 100% on-time pick-up and drop-off.
- Zero traffic challans due to driver negligence.
- Vehicle maintained in excellent condition at all times.
- Timely completion of scheduled servicing and documentation renewals.
- Accurate maintenance of vehicle logbook and expense records.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Positive feedback from management regarding driving behaviour and punctuality.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience driving luxury or premium automatic vehicles.
- Excellent knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and GPS navigation.
- Strong understanding of automatic transmission vehicle handling.
- Defensive driving skills.
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
- Professional grooming, discipline, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexible to work beyond regular hours and travel outstation when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
