Key Responsibilities

- Part Inspection: Perform first-article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections on machined or assembled components.
- Program Management: Load, run, modify, or create CMM inspection routines using Zeiss Calypso software.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) specifications.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze measurement variances, log defect data, and generate detailed pass/fail inspection reports.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine calibration checks, clean system components, and report mechanical faults.
- Team Collaboration: Provide direct feedback to the production or CNC machining team for in-process components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.




- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of GD&T;, metrology, and manual bench inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, borescope, surface tester).
- Experience: Candidates with minimum 5 years of industry experience, strong references and Zeiss (or equivalent) certificate courses may apply.
- Software Competency: Familiarity with Zeiss CMM operation software (Zeiss Calypso).
- Attention to Detail: High precision and analytical skills to spot micro-deviations in production batches

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
