- Supervise daily production operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency of electrical manufacturing processes.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Review production reports and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and tools.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators and technicians.
- Minimize downtime, scrap, and rework through effective supervision.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
